Nothing invented
Paste a supplier link and the fields that come back are the ones the supplier published. What was not published reads Not provided, rather than a plausible number. It is a schedule a contractor can quote from.
Your studio on it, not ours
The specbook is signed with your company and your mark. The client who receives it sees their designer's brand — this tool's name appears nowhere on the document.
The cut, on the photograph you found
Take the background off a product shot in the app, settle the edge, and place it. The picture is stored at the size it is drawn, so the sheet on screen is the sheet that prints.

A specbook is assembled from a board in one file, a schedule in another and a plan in a third — and a piece renamed in one of them is a piece that stays wrong in the other two.
